During these winter months, try to avoid heat styling as much as possible, and if you do make sure you use a good quality heat protector. When going from inside where the heating ahs been on to outside where its so cold our hair can really suffer. Silk pillow cases can help to avoid breakage and static. As much moisture as possible will help your hair to stay healthy. The joico 4 step intense hydration treatment is a great way to add moisture and shine to dull damaged hair. If you cant manage a treatment always make sure you follow your shampoo with a conditioner.

The Joico K-Pak Hair Repair System is a four step treatment process. For badly damaged hair steps two and three can be done up to three times.
